KFHC provides easy to access interpreter services at no cost to members. Your Provider Directory can tell you about the languages spoken by our doctors and their staff. Our Member Services staff can help you find a doctor's office that speaks your language. We can also connect you with the following services:

Bilingual staff in English and Spanish.
Written material in English and Spanish.
24/7 Over-the-phone language interpreters for more than 240 languages. Services that require five business days advance notice are:
- American Sign Language interpreters.
- On-site interpreters.
- Video remote interpreters.
