KFHC Healthy Eating & Active Lifestyle Classes Series 4 of 4! (Spanish)

Join the next virtual class! This will be a 4 series class, every class will feature a different topic. The topic for this class will be Healthy Cooking and Meal Planning. Some of the things that will be covered are:

  • How to use MyPlate to plan balanced meals
  • Cooking healthy recipes at home
  • Healthy changes to your favorite recipes
  • How to save time and money at the grocery store

KFHC members in attend will receive a $10 gift card for Walmart, Target, or a Safeway grocery store (Albertsons or Vons)!
