KFHC Healthy Eating & Active Lifestyle Classes Series 3 of 4! (English)

Thinking of starting your own fruit or vegetable garden? Want to learn the benefits of starting one? Join our next virtual class! The series consists of 4 classes that teach on a different topic. The topic for this class will be Gardening. Items in this class include:

  • The Benefits of Fruit and Vegetable Gardening
  • How to Grow Fruit and Vegetables at Home
  • How to Compost
  • Healthy Recipes from a Vegetable Garden

KFHC members that complete the class series they attend have an opportunity to earn a gift card to either Walmart, Target, or Amazon! (Some restrictions may apply).
