KFHC Healthy Eating & Active Lifestyle Classes Series 3 of 4! (English)

Join our new virtual classes on zoom.com! This will be a 4 series class, every class will feature a different topic. The topic for this class will be Gardening. Some of the things that will be covered are:

  • The benefits of growing vegetables at home and composting
  • How to start a garden
  • How to grow vegetables from seed
  • Composting
  • Healthy recipes ideas that use vegetables from your garden

KFHC members in attend will receive a $10 gift card for Walmart, Target, or a Safeway grocery store (Albertsons or Vons)!
