Cost
The monthly premium you pay is based on the size of your family and how much money you make.

Kern Family Health Care (KFHC) is a participating health plan in Kern County. If you choose KFHC as your health plan, your monthly premiums will be between $7 and $17 per child per month. You'll never pay more than $51 a month no matter how many children you enroll. And if you pay 3 months of premiums in advance, you will get the 4th month at no cost.
