Description: Directors as leaders serve as KHS liaison to the community, providers and members and as such, need to conduct business consistent with the Company’s values. Directors demonstrate ethical behavior, leadership capability, fiscal responsibility, excellent analytical and communication skills and ability to select, train and retain quality employees. Directors recognize that long-term, sound working relationships across the organization and with our partners (medical staff, vendors, and community) are necessary. Success requires knowing that constructive, positive relationships with leadership, colleagues and subordinates are critical and expected. Directors understand that as a business, value is given to continuous performance improvement to ensure achievement of goals and objectives as well as meeting performance and budget expectations. Directors selects, develops and mentors a performance oriented and responsive team that will ensure that the necessary divisional resources are available and focused to support Home Health Plan (HHP) operating in the market. Directors participate in establishing or modifying policy and adapting that policy as necessary. Once policy is set, the Director is accountable for assuring policies are followed.

Requirements: Graduation from an accredited college or university preferably with a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration or other related field of study.  Three years of leadership/management experience in clinical environment or equivalent. Preferred two (2) years’ experience working in an integrated care environment.Experience developing and executing clinical and/or behavioral health programs.Experience applying measurement processes/methods for assessing program outputs and outcomes or progress toward goals and objectives. Relevant work experience may be substituted for academic requirements.
Possess a valid California Driver License.
