Description: Under the supervision of the Purchasing and Facilities Manager, the Maintenance Coordinator will perform all general maintenance of the facility, and preparing and processing inbound and outbound mail. Provides support to all departments with regard to ensuring the flow of mail and/or deliveries of correspondence to members and providers are within contractual compliance.
The Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for assisting the department in a variety of clerical activities relative to purchasing functions, maintaining an orderly flow of the mail, and general building upkeep and maintenance.
Requirements: High School Diploma from an accredited school or Equivalent. Knowledge of Inventory practices, warehouse set-up, record keeping, general office practices. 3-5 years’ experience of building maintenance, shipping and receiving background, mail distribution, and warehousing knowledge. Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of organization, have good basic math skills, follow both oral and written instructions, neat and legible handwriting. Must possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Have a valid California driver’s license and proof of State required auto liability insurance. Required Travel Up to 30%
