Description: Under direction of the Department Manager or Supervisor, performs a variety of administrative support functions including clerical and data entry functions. Assists with special projects as needed.
Requirements: High School Diploma from an accredited school or equivalent; (diploma or GED certificate required). Typing skill of 45 WPM within one year of issuance required. Two years’ office clerical experience preferably in the managed care and /or health insurance industry.
**Bilingual English/Spanish with certificate of linguistic proficiency provided prior to hire.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of computerized on-line data entry systems, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Products or its equivalence. Must be highly motivated, organized, and flexible, and possess good time management skills. Ability to maintain high level of accuracy in data entry and report content.
