Interpreter Services
If you or your representative prefer to speak in any language other than English, call us at 1-800-391-2000 (TDD/TTY for the hearing impaired at 711) to speak with a KFHC Member Services Representative. KFHC has many ways to help meet your needs including:
  • Bilingual staff (English/Spanish)
  • Over the phone language interpreters who speak more than 150 languages
  • Access to sign language interpreters
  • After hours interpreting services provided by contracted emergency and urgent care providers


Check your Provider Directory for information about the languages spoken by our participating providers and their staff. Our Member Services staff can help you find a health care provider who speaks your language or who has a regular interpreter available. You do not have to use family members or friends as interpreters. If you cannot find a health care provider who meets your language needs, you can ask to have an interpreter available for discussions of medical information at no charge. Call us before your visit if you need for us to arrange an interpreter.
