Our network is made up of over 800 Primary Care Practitioners (PCP), clinics and specialists; 5 hospitals throughout Kern County and 2 in neighboring couties; and over 90 local pharmacies. You can choose your own primary care practitioner (PCP) for you and your family.

• We offer a 24-hour advice nurse line to answer any of your health care questions, day or night, by calling 1-800-391-2000.
• We offer our members FREE health education classes to help you stay healthy.
• Our Health Education Audio Library is a great resource to get non-emergency health information at any time. Pre-recorded health care messages are available in English and Spanish.
• We are local and committed to our community - our goal is to provide Kern County residents with quality health care.
• 10 years of experience – we know the needs of you and your family.
• Healthy Families Program members only - If you choose Kern Family Health Care, your monthly premiums will be $7 - $17 per child, per month.
