Title: BUSINESS PROJECT MANAGER

Description: This position is responsible for oversight, coordination, planning, management, execution, and finalization of Business related projects that require Business resources. The Business Project Manager will be able to assist in project analysis, comprehend detailed technical requirements, define plans for execution, coordinate technical resources assigned to tasks or projects, create project tracking reports, and accurately report to all levels of management on a projects status. This position requires a strong desire to succeed with a willingness to execute, and can demand overtime and weekend work based on project timing and production requirements.
Requirements: Education/License: •Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Computer Science or related field. Education can be substituted with Project Management work experience on a year for year basis. Experience: •Three (3) years progressive experience in Project Management. Knowledge/Skills Required: •Able to plan and schedule long-term schedules, long/short-term project timelines, resources, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools. •Effectively manage various projects, project budgets, and project resources using industry standard project tracking tools. •Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. •Ability to manage mid to large-size projects in a mid to large-size organization. •Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with Users, Business Analysts, Management and other Stakeholders •Work with Business owners to create project success criteria/user acceptance criteria and disseminate to involved parties throughout project life cycle. •Accurately estimate project resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. •Demonstrate an analytical aptitude to learn and understand business segment processes.
